The Chester County Boy’s Soccer Team has officially started practice within the past few weeks with another successful season in their sights. Bobby Helton coaches the team. The team is led by senior members William Egros, Evans Bailey, Myles Shelton, Spencer Lofton, Franciso Perez, Chase Pickett, Wyatt Burkhead. When asked about the upcoming season, Spencer Lofton said, “This season will be one to remember. We did not get all that we wanted out of last season, so we know going forward that we will have to work harder than ever if we want to achieve our goals. I feel that this team can compete with anyone at any time and we are going to prove that this season.” Be looking for more news from them soon.
In other news, Susan Humphry has recently been named Teacher of the Month for Chester County High School. Humphry teaches psychology and RTI at the high school and has had a lasting impact on every one of the students that she has taught. Congratulations to her for winning this award!
I want to continue to thank the city of Henderson and Chester County for their continued support of us here at CCHS.
God Bless and Go Eagles!
