Hello from Enville!
I hope you all had a good week. The temperatures have not been too hot lately, but the rain can move on out for now. These pop up showers have been coming pretty regularly. I am ready for some sunshine!
School will be starting soon. I hope everyone is ready and eager to learn. It will take some time to get back in the school mode and mostly getting up early!
The Enville Baptist Church is having a revival July 25-28. Scott Dunaway will be the speaker. Services will be at 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Sunday and at 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday. There will be a potluck meal after the Sunday morning service. They invite everyone to come worship with them.
The Enville Community Club and Fire Department will have a fundraiser on Aug. 28. The Enville Wild Goose Shindig will be 4-9 p.m. There will be barbeque pork, chicken, bologna, hamburgers and hotdogs, a cakewalk at 6 p.m. and a silent auction ending at 8 p.m. Music/dance will begin at 7 p.m. featuring Bo Jack and his band. There will be a 50/50 drawing at 8:30 p.m. Everyone come and enjoy the fellowship, food and fun!
Happy birthday wishes go to Pattie Gilham on July 24, Nicky Gilham and Vicki OKane on July 25, Connie Timmer on July 26 and Blake Thompson, Brayden Thompson and Brooke Hilton on July 27. Please be in prayer for Deb Finley, Casey Pratt, Florence Stublaski, Doris Weeks, Mary Lee Guyon, Janice and Danny Keen, Agnes Smith, Linda and Robert Johnson, Tim Harris, Jack and Tera O’Neal, Harold and Janice Maness, Amanda Johnson, Lisa Bishop, Tim Hampton, Jimmy Robertson, Mitch Maness, Roy Middleton, Genny Sue Martin, Roger Henson, Jo Marie Holmes, those who have lost loved ones, those who are battling illnesses, our firefighters, first responders, law enforcement, healthcare workers and military and, as always, each other.

Have a blessed week everyone!
