Cookies for Cancer will be hosting a Mother’s Day Special again this year. All you need to do is submit why your grandma, mom, aunt or whoever was your role model of a mother to be selected as Mother of the Year for 2021. Submit a short essay with your reason to the Facebook page or private message Beth Sappington Everett by April 29. We will be choosing a Mother of the Year on April 30. This year will also have a runner up. Gifts will be a flower bouquet from Essary’s Florist, lots of special coupons from local merchants and a few extra surprises. There will also be an Honorable Mother chosen that has made an impact on the people, families or community of Chester County that is no longer with us to have a beautiful plaque from Oliver’s presented to the family. Send in your submissions as soon as possible.

We especially want to remember the families of Bruce Barton, Clarence Pusser, Marshel Dewayne Wheatley, Barbara Lee Rushing, Neomi Ruth Daniel, Barbara Jeanne McCormick, Donald ‘Don’ Lindsey Newman and other families that have recently lost loved ones.
