Best news ever! My husband, Mom and I all got to meet one of the newest members of our family this past Sunday afternoon. Tavish Cox was released from the hospital on Thursday, Oct. 21, and we are praying that Lachlan will be joining him soon.
We would just like to once again say many thanks to all those of you that have prayed for the health of these two precious babies, and we ask you to continue to remember them. It is so different with premies. When people ask how old they are, we go by their date of birth although the medical staff goes by their actual due date. It is nothing short of a miracle that both boys are doing so well since they were actually due to be born Nov. 10. They have both exceeded five pounds and growing. It was amazing to get to hold Tavish, and I know it will be same with Lachlan.
All membership dues that were not paid for 2020 and the ones for 2021 are currently due. Dues are $25 per year and can be mailed to Ann Moore at 2715 State Rt. 225, Henderson, TN 38340. We definitely need everyone to be proactive on this matter since it may be a while before we can hold another breakfast event due to the rise in COVID cases once again.
Montezuma sends out happy birthday wishes to Janeane Moore on Oct. 29, Rebecca Morris on Oct. 30, Billy Cherry Oct. 31, Judy Cranford on Nov. 1 and Renee Thomas on Nov. 2.
Montezuma sends out happy anniversary wishes to Lynn and Liz Cook on Oct. 28.
With so much unrest in our country, I pray that each of you believers will be praying continually for the situation, our government and salvation for the lost. Please pray for Holt Burkhead, Michael Moody, Chad Lott, Faye Morrison, Joyce Beecham, Doug Thomas, Tavish and Lachlan Cox, Ann Morrison, Jessie Pugh, Faye Crouse, Nancy Thomas, Ed and Betty Morris, Healthcare Workers and Law Enforcement.
We especially want to remember the families of Ursal Maness, Mark Scott, William Roy Middleton, Janet Denise Dodge, Barbara Nash and other families that have recently lost loved ones.
Please call Betty Cooper at 879-9078 to book the use of the community center.
