It is Valentine’s Day as I am writing to you all today. Here is some holiday humor for you from Laura Formisano.
Question: “What do farmers give for Valentine’s Day?”
Answer: “Lots of hogs and kisses.”
Hoping everyone had a nice Valentine’s Day spent with loved ones. I enjoyed addressing Valentine cards with my son Otto and leaving him and Willow Valentine balloons and surprises for when they woke up. I really look forward to holidays, or any special occasions, that help spur the winter along and bring some warmth and cheer to the season. What did others do this Valentine’s holiday? Did you have a romantic dinner out, or stay warm inside and bake cookies and have hot cocoa? Did you find colorful envelopes in your mailbox this year with kind words and thoughts from family or friends? Whatever the case, I hope that everyone was able to spend some time with their loved ones!
