Phelps honored with Chamber’s Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award

Last week, the Henderson|Chester County Chamber of Commerce held their annual Chamber of Commerce Annual Membership and Awards Banquet at the Henderson Church of Christ. The most honorable award of the evening, the Chester County Chamber of Commerce Outstanding Citizen of the Year Award, was given to Renee Phelps. The other award winners are as follows: Ryan Parnell Leadership Award – Stephanie Ray; Business of the Year – E&T Contracting; Emerging Business of the Year – Pink Avenue Boutique; Excellence in Agriculture – Hunt Farms; Industry of the Year – Quality Metal Stamping.
