NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated October 25, 1999, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded November 3, 1999, in Book No. 179, at Page 341, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Chester County, Tennessee, executed by Lebarron Thomas and Dina Thomas, conveying certain property therein described to Charles R Pettigrew as Trustee for Equiprime, Inc.; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, solely in its capacity as Trustee for Provident Bank Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2000-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, solely in its capacity as Trustee for Provident Bank Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2000-1, will, on July 29, 2020 on or about 2:00 PM, at the Chester County Courthouse, Henderson, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. The sale is free from all exemptions, which are expressly waived in the Deed of Trust, said property being real estate situated in Chester County, Tennessee, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning on a spike in the center of the old Jacks Creek paved road being the beginning Southwest corner of the tract herein described and located West 535.4 ft. from the Southwest corner of the Mary C. Mount 7.04 acre tract (Dd. Bk. 84 Pg. 916) and from the original Southeast corner of the Claude Randolph estate of which this is a part; thence with the center of the old Jacks Creek paved road, North 77 deg., 02 min., 57 sec., East 196.91 ft. to a spike in the center of the road being the Southeast corner of the tract herein described; thence North 03 deg., 21 min., 10 sec., West 19.75 ft. to an iron pin in a fence corner near the North right of way margin of the old Jacks Creek paved road; thence with a new severance line, North 03 deg., 21 min., 10 sec., West 154.12 ft. to an existing iron stake; thence continuing with this severance line, North 03 deg., 21 min., 10 sec., West 174.64 ft. to an iron stake set to be the new Northeast corner of the tract herein described; thence with a new severance line, South 73 deg., 31 min., 19 sec., West 218.72 ft. to an iron stake set to be the new Northwest corner of the tract herein described; thence with a new severance line, South 06 deg., 32 min., 38 sec., East 141.77 ft. to an iron stake at a fence corner; thence with this fence being a new severance line, South 06 deg., 32 min., 38 sec., East 166.25 ft. to an iron stake at a fence corner in the approximate North right of way margin of the old Jacks Creek paved road; thence South 07 deg., 24 min., 12 sec., East 24.20 ft. back to the point of beginning containing 1.60 acres as surveyed on Nov. 24,1993 by Eddie Coleman, Jr., Tn. L.L.S. No. 1140.

This sale is subject to all matters shown on any applicable recorded plat; any unpaid taxes; any restrictive covenants, easements, or setback lines that may be applicable; any statutory rights of redemption of any governmental agency, state or federal; any prior liens or encumbrances as well as any priority created by a fixture filing; and to any matter that an accurate survey of the premises might disclose. In addition, the following parties may claim an interest in the above-referenced property:

The sale held pursuant to this Notice may be rescinded at the Successor Trustee’s option at any time. The right is reserved to adjourn the day of the sale to another day, time, and place certain without further publication, upon announcement at the time and place for the sale set forth above. In the event of inclement weather, the trustee hereby announces that the sale will be postponed for a period of two weeks. In such situations, notices will be mailed to interested parties of record.
