NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Whereas, on the 28thday of December, 2018, by Deed of Trust of record in the Office of the Register for Chester County, Tennessee, in Record Book 441 page 63, Christopher Julian and Donna Julian, conveyed to H. McCall Wilson, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a promissory note as described therein, and payable to The Bank of Fayette County, and
Whereas, the said H. McCall Wilson, Trustee, was unable to act as such Trustee; and, whereas Ken Seaton was appointed Substitute Trustee by instrument of record in said Register’s Office in Record Book 493 page 581, Register’s Office for Chester County, Tennessee; and
Whereas, default has been made in the payment of said indebtedness or other provisions of the promissory note and/or Deed of Trust and The Bank of Fayette County, has declared the entire amount due and payable as provided in said Deed of Trust, and the Substitute Trustee has been directed to foreclose the Deed of Trust in accordance with the terms thereto, the public is hereby notified that the undersigned Substitute Trustee will sell the hereinafter described real property to the highest bidder, for cash in hand at the front door of the Chester County Courthouse in Henderson, Tennessee, on the11thday of July, 2022, at 11:00 AM, said property to be sold free from the equity of redemption, statutory redemption, homestead, and all other exemptions of every kind, said property being located in Chester County, Tennessee, and being bounded and described as follows:
