Notice is hereby given that on May 18, 2022, Letters Testamentary in respect to the estate of Donald edward hooper, who died March 14, 2022, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Chester County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

On or about January 10, 2014, the United States of America, Internal Revenue Service, filed a federal tax lien against the Defendant, Kenneth & Tammy Taylor, recorded in the Register’s Office of Chester County, Tennessee, in book 382, page 54. Any interest in the property held by the United States of America, Internal Revenue Service, by virtue of the aforementioned federal tax lien is both junior and inferior to the interests held by MidFirst Bank.
