NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated March 6, 2006, executed by WESLEY EUGENE JUNEAU A/K/A WESLEY JUNEAU SR., ANGELA JUNEAU, conveying certain real property therein described to ATTY. SCOTT C. WILLIAMS, as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register’s Office of Chester County, Tennessee recorded March 27, 2006, in Deed Book 282, Page 243 ; and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to U.S. Bank National Association as Legal Title Trustee for Truman 2016 SC6 Title Trust who is now the owner of said debt; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned, Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register’s Office of Chester County, Tennessee.

NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE
Whereas, on the 28thday of December, 2018, by Deed of Trust of record in the Office of the Register for Chester County, Tennessee, in Record Book 441 page 63, Christopher Julian and Donna Julian, conveyed to H. McCall Wilson, Trustee, the hereinafter described real estate, to secure the payment of a promissory note as described therein, and payable to The Bank of Fayette County, and
