NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Estate of Jamie Lee Nash, Deceased, Docket P# 2022-PR-674

Notice is hereby given that on September 6, 2022, Letters Testamentary with respect to the Estate were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Chester County, Tennessee.
All persons resident and non-resident, having claims matured or unmatured, against the Estate are required to file the same with the clerk of the above-named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred;
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting), as the case may be of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this Notice to Creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) or;
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting) as described in 1A; or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.

Sale at public auction will be on October 26, 2022 on or about 11:00AM local time, at the front steps of the Chester County Courthouse,133 East Main Street, Henderson, TN 38340, conducted by the Substitute Trustee as identified and set forth herein below, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by KENNETH J. CRISLER, to Susan Voss, Trustee, on May 30, 2018, at Record Book 433, Page 637-653 as Instrument No. 59030 in the real property records of Chester County Register’s Office, Tennessee.

The following real estate located in Chester County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:
Beginning at a stake in the North boundary line of Hodges tract, this point being 260 feet East from the Southwest corner of the Roy Carter tract; runs thence with a new line and on the East side of a proposed street North 5 degrees 26 minutes West 210 feet to a stake; Runs thence North 84 degrees 34 minutes East 420 feet to a stake in a field; Runs thence South 5 degrees 26 minutes East 210 feet to a stake in the North boundary line of the Moore tract; Runs thence with an old fence, being the North boundary line of Moores tract and Hodges tract crossing Hodges Street at 250 feet, or in all South 84 degrees 34 minutes West 420 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less. Said legal description is the same description as contained in the previous deed of record. This is the identical real estate conveyed to Kenneth J. Crisler from Jerry D. Wyatt and wife, Ava Jewell Wyatt by Warranty Deed dated May 30, 2018, of record in the Registers Office of Chester County, Tennessee in Record Book 433, page 635.
