WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated November 5, 2019, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded November 5, 2019, in Book No. 452, at Page 159, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Chester County, Tennessee, executed by Hunter JD Lott and Kayla Lott, conveying certain property therein described to Mark A Rosser as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for USAA Federal Savings Bank., its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC.

BEGINNING at an iron pin set in the West margin of Ollie Lane, which point is the southeast corner of Lot 37 and the Northeast corner of the herein described tract; thence, from the point of beginning, and with the West margin of Ollie Lane, the following calls: following a curve having a radius of 325.00 feet tor a distance of 228.09 feet (cb=S69D53’42”W, cd=223.43”); South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 112.30 feet to an iron pin set; thence, north 2 degrees 30 minutes 01 seconds East 360.34 feet to an iron pin set at the Southwest corner of Lot 36; thence, with the South line of Lot 37, South 47 degrees 15 minutes 14 seconds East 417.23 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.5 acres.
