WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated February 13, 2023, and recorded on February 13. 2023, appearing of record in Record Book 502, page 198, in the Register’s Office of Chester County, Tennessee, Gregory Lawrence Foulkes and Brandi Melissa Foulkes conveyed to WILLIAM T. CHAPMAN, TRUSTEE, certain real estate therein described, to secure the payment of a certain indebtedness therein set forth to The Peoples Bank; and
