Richard Kenneth Langendorf, 66, of Henderson passed away Dec. 17, 2019 at Vanderbilt University Hospital.
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Saturday at Shackelford Funeral Directors – Crook Avenue with Bro. Ronnie Geary officiating.
Burial followed in Milledgeville Cemetery. The family received friends at Crook Avenue from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
He was born Aug. 11, 1953 in California, the son of Kenneth Erwin Langendorf and Jane Eleanor Gainsborough of California. He went to school and graduated from Berkeley High School in California. He went to college in Oregon and received his master degree in accounting.
He worked for a roofing company as their accountant while in California.
He moved to Tennessee in 2003 and began working for T.B.D.N. Toyota of Jackson.
He loved being outside, flowers, parks, walking and spending time with his family. He believed in God and was a Christian.
He is survived by his parents; his wife, Carol Jane Willis Langendorf of Henderson; a son, Adrian Langendorf of Henderson; two daughters, Angelique Robinson and Victoria Langendorf, both of California; two half-brothers, Mark Calender of California and Dennis Langendorf of Norway; a half sister, Lisa Andrews of California; and two grandchildren, Emilie Robinson and Nick Hamilton, Jr.
