Kevin Brent Willis, 49, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony possession of methamphetamine over .5 grams, with intent to sell, and was sentenced to 15 years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class A simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $250 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. Willis pled guilty to counts six-21 (merged), class C felony possession of a weapon by convicted felony drug, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to counts 22-31 (merged), class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 100 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. Counts one-21 are concurrent with each other. Counts 22-31 are concurrent with each other. This case is concurrent with a separate specified US District case. Counts 22-31 are consecutive to counts 1-21 in a separate specified case. All weapons and contraband, including cash, are forfeited to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department.
