Charles Clark, 51, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second offense, failure to provide proof of insurance, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to exercise due care and violation of the lane law. He was released from the Chester County Jail with time served.
Nicholas Baker, 19, Henderson, was arrested and charged with simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and simple possession of schedule II methamphetamine. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.
John Box, 45, Henderson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended lciense with priors and possession of schedule II methamphetamine with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $15,000 bond.

Terrence McBride, 50, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to counts two/three (merged), class A misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license – second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent to other specified Chester County cases. McBride is ordered to pay all court costs, to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens weekly for the first 90 days, every other week for the next 90 days and then monthly for the duration of the sentence. He must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Terrence McBride, 50, in a second case, was found guilty of class C felony aggravated sexual battery – attempt, and was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, concurrent to other specified Chester County Cases. He was ordered to pay costs, to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must register as a sex offender. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.

He was ordered to pay court costs, to follow all rules of probation and to have no contact with victims or witnesses.
Christy Michelle Koon, 44, pled guilty to count one, class B misdemeanor reckless driving and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $25 in fines. She pled guilty to count two, class B misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $25 in fines. She pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor driving on roadways laned for traffic, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs plus $25 in fines. Koon pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor violation of the financial responsibility law, and was ordered to pay costs plus $25 in fines. All counts are concurrent. Koon must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must submit to random drug and alcohol screens.

Gustavo Pepe Cano, 26, pled guilty to class C felony attempted aggravated sexual battery, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $500 in fines. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must register as a sex offender pursuant to Tennessee law. He voluntarily plead out of range to be sentenced as a Range II offender.
Desmond Ingram, 45, was found guilty by jury verdict of counts one/two (merged), class A misdemeanor assault. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days, to serve, in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay costs plus $1,000 in fines. The court finds the defendant to be indigent as to fines.
