The Chester County Independent is working closely with Santa Claus to keep track of Chester County children’s wish lists. Letters may be emailed to Santa at santa@chestercountyindependent.com by 5 p.m., Tuesday, December 17. Santa’s email will allow the jolly old elf the quickest access to his Christmas letters, but he still accepts regular mail as well. Children may post letters to Santa in care of the Chester County Independent, P.O. Box 306, Henderson, TN., 38340, or drop them by the newspaper office, 218 S. Church St., between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Copies of the letters will be printed in the Christmas week edition of the Independent on Dec. 26.
There is no charge for publishing the letters to Santa; however, parents also may submit a photo of their child to run with the letter for only $25. Santa looks forward to reading each child’s letter; remember to get them in early so he can forward them to his workshop in the North Pole.
