Steve Wilson, 50, of Henderson passed away May 14, 2022, as results of an automobile accident in Decaturville.
Memorial visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Saturday, May 21, at Shackelford Funeral Directors – East Main Chapel.
He was born on an American Military Base in Munich, Germany, on Dec. 10, 1971, the son of Mira Eva Rigec Harris and the late Thomas O’dell Wilson. He grew up in Beech Bluff and was a 1989 graduate of Southside High School in Jackson.
He married Susan Kitchen on March 25, 2000. They made their home in Henderson.
He worked for many years for Premier Manufacturing in Henderson as a maintenance technician.
He enjoyed working on cars and watching war movies. He was a devoted family man who loved his wife and children and was a great role model.
He is survived by his wife, Susan Kitchen Wilson of Henderson; a son, Richard (Dominique) Harris of Knoxville; four daughters, Briana (Eric) Harris of Murfreesboro, Sydney Wilson, Shelby Wilson and Kolbee Wilson all of Henderson; his mother, Mira Eva Rigec Harris; and one brother, Mark Wilson of Jackson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas O’dell Wilson, and by his bonus dad, Roger Harris.
