Eagles come up short in non-conference game 14-44

The Chester County Eagles family and friends filled the stands while our Eagles prepared to take on the Bulldogs in Milan Friday night.
Though the final score was 44 to 14 the Eagles never gave up. They played their hearts out until the buzzer sounded at the end of the fourth quarter.

Eagles come up short against McKenzie 20-13

The Eagles may have lost, but they never gave up!
The Chester County Eagles Football team are now 1-2 after playing the Rebels in McKenzie Friday night, who now have a 3-0 record.

CCHS Volleyball team takes two wins against Hardin and South Side

Tuesday night the Chester County Lady Eagles came out on the court full of energy and ready to take on the Hardin County Lady Tigers here at home.
Chester County started the match off by successfully serving the ball over the net as the first point of the game was scored by the Lady Eagles. This set did not last too long, because the Lady Eagles were serving the ball across the net almost every time they touched the ball. The Lady Eagles won all three sets.

The Lady Eagles brought the HEAT to SSHS on Thursday night!
The Lady Hawks would score the first point of the set, but the Lady Eagles quickly responded as they scored four points back to back. The Lady Hawks began to struggle as the Lady Eagles stayed fired up! They battled back and forth for a while, and the Lady Eagles won the rally!

Cross Country teams win medals at Tiger Run

The boys’ cross country had three runners win medals at the Tiger Run in Lexington: Silas McManus placed sixth 16.41.60, Brooks Johnson placed 16th 18.40.83, and Cooper Thompson placed 18th 18.58.08 out of 175 runners.

Eagles defeated by Choctaws 36-7

The Chester County Eagles and the Dyer County Choctaws met on a muddy field Friday.
The first quarter began with the Eagles quickly moving the ball down the field. The first couple of downs were by senior DB/WR no. 4 Peyton Barham. Barham gained 80 yards on 18 carries and a touchdown.

Junior volleyball sweeps two from Hardin County and Fayette West

The Chester County Junior High School Girl’s Soccer Team defeated Hardin County 6-0 and turned around the next day to beat Fayette West 9-0.
The Lady Eagles record for the year is 4-5 with four more games left in the season.

Eagles soar over Hawks

The Chester County Eagles went on the road Friday night to face the Jackson South Side Hawks in a regional matchup. The Eagles, hungry for a win, walked away with a 35-20 victory marking their second win of the season.

Junior Eaglettes finish season 17-7

The Chester County Junior High Softball team ended its season last week with an impressive record of 17-7.
