May their days be merry and bright - “Shop with a Cop”

Pictured are members of the city of Henderson Police Department and the Chester County Sheriff’s Office that attended “Shop with a Cop”, held at Henderson Church of Christ on Monday, December 16. The event began with pizza and then moved to the parking lot where the children climbed into the officer’s vehicles for a ride to Gene Record Park and back, with the children blaring the police sirens/audio P.A. systems. Special guest Santa surprised participants upon their return to the building, presenting gifts to open with the children, their family members, sheriff deputies and police officers.
Christmas looks brighter for a few families who were treated to Henderson and Chester County’s annual “Shop with a Cop” Monday evening, Dec. 16. The program provides for local children who need a little extra Christmas cheer.
