The annual Miss Chester County BBQ Festival scholarship competition will begin at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, 2023 at Williams Auditorium in Henderson. The Miss Tennessee’s Outstanding Teen competition is open to girls ages 13-17. Women ages 18-26 can compete in the Miss division, beginning their journey to the Miss Tennessee competition and then on to Miss America.
