Sweetlips Fire Dept. Stew Sale Feb. 11
The Sweetlips Volunteer Fire Department Stew/Bake Sale will be Saturday, Feb. 11 (snow date Feb. 18). Stew will be ready at 9:30 a.m. and is $20 a gallon. Please bring your own container and come early. All proceeds benefit the Sweetlips Fire Department and Community Center, 4415 Sweetlips Rd. Please call 989-7046 for more information.
Cookies for Cancer Taste and Bake Sale Feb. 11
Cookies for Cancer will have a Taste and Bake Sale from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. (or until we sell out) Feb. 11 at Cash Saver in Henderson. Taste sale will samples of the food items we have for sale. Items will include appetizers, breakfast, lunch, dinner and all kind of desserts. Black History Program Feb. 18
The sixth annual Black History Program will be from 1-3 p.m. Feb. 18 at the Chester Co. Senior Center, 247 E Main St., Henderson. Theme is “Establishing Historic Landmarks in Henderson.”
