Stedman Jamelle Ingram, 33
, case 23-CR-108B, was charged with possession of fentanyl over 15 grams with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl over 15 grams with intent to deliver, possession of fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of fentanyl with intent to deliver, possession of cocaine over .5 grams with intent to sell, possession of cocaine over .5 grams with intent to deliver, tampering with evidence – attempt, and driving while license suspended. All counts are dismissed without prejudice on motion of State of Tennessee and records are transferred to the superseding indictment for 24-CR-18.
Jerry Samual Hensley, 52, case 24-CR-89, was charged with aggravated burglary (habitation) and aggravated criminal trespass. In a bench trial, Hensley was found not guilty by reason of insanity. He is subject to an order directing outpatient evaluation by a community mental health center.

Aurelius Segram Crayton, 42
, case 23-CR25A, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor child abuse/neglect/endangerment. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve. He is to pay all court costs and is to have no contact with the victim.

Dwayne Keith Bryant, 63
, case 24-CR-68, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class D felony vehicular assault and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility, at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count three, class D felony aggravated assault – reckless, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised, and is ordered to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor drivers to exercise due care and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and was ordered to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. He is to pay all court costs. All counts are concurrent with each other. Bryant is to serve 30 days, day for day, in the Chester County Jail with the balance of the effective six year sentence to be served by State Probation with intensive supervision. He may be released to a 28-day outpatient program for alcohol/drug treatment as a condition of probation, no eligible for work release or post-plea expungement, must submit a biological sample for DNA testing, mut complete DUI Safety School and MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months. Driving privileges are revoked for a period of one year, ignition interlock is required for a restricted license during revocation period if eligible.

Adrian M. Shorter, 24
, case 24-CR-086, pled guilty to class E felony reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved. He was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by intensive probation. He is to pay all court costs and must submit to an alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations, must pass random monthly alcohol and drug screens, must be a full-time employee or full-time student and must complete a mental health assessment and follow all recommendations. All contraband is forfeited to the arresting agency.
