Union University announces local graduates

Five hundred ninety-five students graduated from Union University after the spring semester.
Commencement exercises originally set for May 16 have been rescheduled for June 20 because of the COVID-19 pandemic and will be held on the university’s Great Lawn.
Located in Jackson, Union University is a liberal arts-based university affiliated with the Tennessee Baptist Convention. Founded in 1823, Union is the oldest institution relating to the Southern Baptist Convention.
The following are graduates from the Chester County area.
From Henderson – Sarah Doty, Associate of Science in Prof Studies Social Work; Shelby Hardy, Master of Social Work Advanced; Macy Morrison, Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Lynnsey Park, Master of Social Work; Loleta Pearson, Bachelor of Social Work Cohort.
From Jacks Creek – Monica Holder, Bachelor of Social Work Cohort and Amanda Richardson, Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
From Pinson – Connor Sokoloski, Doctor of Pharmacy.
