After a 3-0 win against Lexington last week, the Chester County Eagles Soccer team earned themselves first place in the district with a record of 6-0-2.
CCHS Soccer Coach Bobby Helton says all the success thus far is from the players’ hardwork.
“This year has been all about the kids working everyday to get better and continue to improve,” he said. “They have the best work ethic in practice and games of any team that I have ever coached.”
So now with a couple of non-district games left to be played in the regular season, the Eagles’ success in the district tournament, that starts the week of May 10, looks bright.
