Finger Volunteer Fire Dept. Fish Fry June 11
The Finger Volunteer Fire Department will hold an all you can eat fish fry and barbeque chicken dinner from 2-6 p.m. Saturday, June 11. Prices are $14 for adults, $14 for takeout, and $6 for children.
Family Field Trip to Chickasaw State Park June 11
The Chester County Library is having a family field trip to Chickasaw State Park. All attendees are asked to meet at the swimming area bath house at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 11. 
Teen Jeopardy Tournament June 13
The Chester County Library will have a teen jeopardy tournament at 3 p.m. Monday, June 13. Brush up on your ocean facts because this jeopardy theme is all about the ocean! This program is open to teens 12-18 and feel free to bring a friend! Please register for the event.  
Ocean Sink of Float at the Chester County Library June 14
Join Mrs. Savannah as children get a hands on opportunity to see what types of items sink and what floats in water on Tuesday, June 14.
Career Coach at the
Library June 15
Career Coach Van will be at the library helping with job seeker services and will have information on local organizations hiring currently and information for those seeking their GED from 2-3 p.m. Wednesday, June 15. 
CC Retired Teachers
Meeting June 15
Chester County Retired Teachers will meet at noon on Wednesday, June 15, at Snookum’s Restaurant. Dues need to be paid that day – lifetime members $40, others $75.
FHU Soccer Camp June 19
The Freed-Hardeman University soccer program will host their annual soccer camps beginning the week of June 19. Camps are available for all ages with the boarding camp running from June 19-22 and the cub camp running in the morning of June 19-22. These camps will take place on the campus. There are boarding and commuter rates available but space is limited so register today. Campers receive a camp ball, t-shirt, and evaluation as well as insurance for the week. Cub camp is an abbreviated camp in the mornings for boys and girls aged 4-10. Boarding camps are for ages 11 and up and more intense.
