Graduation Activities June 27
On Saturday, June 27, Seniors are invited to walk through East Chester Elementary playground at 5 p.m. Seniors then will meet at 6 p.m. at Henderson Church of Christ with cars decorated. A police escort will lead graduates to CCHS teacher parking lot. Only students will be admitted. Seniors will have the Walk In-Walk Out of CCHS halls from 6:30-7:15 p.m. The Community Cruise-In will begin at 7:15 p.m. with cars entering from Stewart Street onto Stadium Drive. Cheer on the class as you drive through the CCHS parking lot. Baccalaureate wristbands will be distributed during this event. All students will be given seven wristbands (one for them and six for guests).
Baccalaureate Service June 28
Baccalaureate Service will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 28, at Loyd Auditorium (Freed-Hardeman University). Doors will open at 6:15 p.m. Graduation attire is expected with caps, gowns and regalia. Dress Code for Baccalaureate and Graduation: seniors must wear cap, gown, tassel, dress (make sure the dress is shorter than the gown) or white button up shirt, tie, dress pants (black, navy, gray or khaki) and dark dress shoes. Acceptable dress shoes are dark dress shoes, flats or heels (no flip flops or tennis shoes). No decorations on caps or gowns are allowed.
Graduation Activities June 29
Seniors will meet at the First United Methodist Church for the project graduation breakfast at 8 a.m. Monday, June 29. At 9 a.m., seniors will leave the church for the traditional walk through town. They will begin on Main Street by First Bank and continue until they reach CCHS where there will be prayer at the pole and a balloon release.  Please line the streets and support the class of 2020! At 10:30 a.m. graduation practice will take place at Eagle Stadium. Graduation practice is mandatory if seniors plan to walk that night.
CCHS Class 2020 Graduation June 29
Graduation Commencement will take place at Eagle Stadium at 7:30 p.m. Monday, June 29. Gates will open at 6:30 p.m. Commencement will not be limited to a certain number of guests. Please practice social distancing. Commencement will be live-streamed at www.team1sports.com > chestercounty 
Lifeline Blood Drive June 30
Lifeline Blood Services will hold a blood drive from 1-5 p.m. Tuesday, June 30 at Cash Savers in Henderson. All donors receive a t-shirt and may register to win a 2019 Ford Fiesta, (preowned) from Joe Mahan Ford. Also, the first 20 donors will receive a coupon for a free barbeque sandwich from Pops BBQ and Grill!
CC Republican Party Meeting July 20
The next quarterly meeting of the Chester County Republican Party is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 20, at Henderson City Hall upstairs, 121 Crook Avenue in Henderson. All Republicans and conservatives are invited to arrive early to mingle and listen to some inspiring patriotic music. After a (brief) business meeting, the Party will listen to the various Republican candidates for positions to be voted on during the upcoming August 2020 elections. All Republican candidates at the municipal, county, and state levels are thus invited to attend and register to speak.
