Devon Leigh Stone, 37, 230 Barclay Loop, pled guilty to count one/two (merged), class A misdemeanor second offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 30 days incarceration prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines, and to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines, and to complete 100 hours of unpaid community service. Stone pled guilty to count four, class E felony evading arrest by flight in a vehicle, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 30 days incarceration prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $500 in fines, and to complete 100 hours community service. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor evading arrest, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 30 days incarceration prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to complete 100 hours unpaid community service work. Stone pled guilty to count six, class B misdemeanor reckless driving, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 30 days incarceration prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. Stone is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, and must submit to alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommendations. All counts are concurrent with each other, and consecutive to a specified Chester County case.

Kenneth Dwayne Ward, 30, 1061 Woodland Dr., pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines. Ward pled guilty of count two, class A misdemeanor simple possession/casual exchange, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to count three class C felony introducing contraband into a penal facility, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $500 in fines. Ward is to have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses, must pass random drug and alcohol screens, and must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. All counts are concurrent.
