Eric Thomas Hill, 38, case 24-CR-8, was found guilty of counts one/two/three (merged), class E felony reckless endangerment – vehicle/felony, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He was found guilty of count four, class D felony evading arrest vehicle – risk of death, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30% percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of 60 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised. He was found guilty of count five, class B misdemeanor resisting stop, arrest, search (no weapon), and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. Hill was found guilty of counts six/eight (merged), class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. He was found guilty of count seven, class C misdemeanor drivers to exercise due care, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. Hill was found guilty of count nine, class C misdemeanor speeding, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. He was found guilty of counts 10/11/12, class C misdemeanor improper passing (no passing zone) and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. He was found guilty of count 13, class C misdemeanor display of registration plates, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. He was found guilty of count 14, class C misdemeanor following too closely, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. Hill was found guilty of count 15, class C misdemeanor driving on roadways laned for traffic, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. He was found guilty of count 16, class C misdemeanor vehicles/street cars to stop at all stop signs, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. Hill is ordered to pay all court costs. All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases. He is to have no contact victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain employment or be a full-time student. He is ordered to participate in the Veteran’s Court program and follow all rules and recommendations of Veteran’s Court and is to successfully complete Veteran’s Court as a condition of probation.

He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, concurrent with other specified cases, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He was ordered to pay court costs and is to have no contact with the victim. He must follow all rules of probation and conditions as set in sentencing of 24-CR-8.
