William Williamson, 28, Pinson, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

Kisha Marie Moudy, 38, pled guilty to class C felony arson, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, with five years six months suspended and supervised. Moudy is ordered to pay court costs plus $12,000 in restitution and to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. She is to serve six months with the balance of sentence on intensive state probation with no work release and no post-plea expungement, is to have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses in this case, must complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student or show disability.

Sarah Beth Springer, 33, case 23-CR-81, pled guilty to felony child abuse/neglect/endangerment eight years or under, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, concurrent with another specified Chester County case, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. She was ordered to pay court costs and to complete 40 hours of unpaid community service. She is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses except through juvenile court or DCS order, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. She has a curfew from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. She will be evaluated for recovery court, and if she qualifies, she must complete the program as a condition of probation.

She is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses except through juvenile court or DCS order, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. Danny Joe Matthews, 39, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, 30 days mandatory sentence for methamphetamine, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class E felony theft of firearm less than $2,500, and was sentenced to one year in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised. Matthews pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of a weapon, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised. Counts two, three and four are concurrent with each other and with another specified Chester County case. Defendant agrees that payment of restitution in case 23-CR-133 is a condition of probation on this docket number. Defendant must successfully complete a long term inpatient rehabilitation program as a condition of probation as ordered in 32-CR-133. He is to follow all rules of probation, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Danny Matthews, 39, in a second case, 23-CR-133, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $700 in restitution. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses. He may be allowed to serve sentence in a long term inpatient rehabilitation facility, and if so must successfully complete the program. If discharged unsuccessfully, the defendant must return to jail to receive no credit for time spent in rehab.

Michael Scudder, 39, in case 23-CR-125, pled guilty to class C felony theft of property $10,000 to $60,000, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 45% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, concurrent with a separate specified Chester County case. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses.
Michael Scudder, 39, in case 23-CR-126, pled guilty to count one, class C felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He pled guilty to count two, class E felony vandalism from $1,000 to $2,500, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 60% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay $500 in restitution to the Chester County Solid Waste Department. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a separate specified Chester County case. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses.

Tony Kent Bain, 39, pled guilty to class C felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $1,274.66 in restitution and to complete 100 hours of community service. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency. He must successfully complete current alcohol and treatment program. Successful completion of said treatment program is a condition of this probated sentence.
