Demarius Lee Wilson, 29, pled guilty to counts one/two, class E felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to sell. He was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor light law-motor vehicle, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised and ordered to pay costs. Wilson pled guilty to count five, class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs. He pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor open container. He received credit for time served pretrial and was ordered to pay court costs plus $50 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
Deontae Martez Nixon, 27, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class E felony possession of marijuana greater than .5 ounces, with intent to sell. He was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 35% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts three/four (merged), class E felony attempted possession of firearm with intent to go armed. He was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines. Nixon pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor speeding. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. Counts one, two, five and six are concurrent with each other. Counts three and four are consecutive to counts one, two , five and six. He is to pay all court costs and is to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student. All weapons, cash and contraband are forfeited to the Chester County Sheriff’s Office.
