He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $250 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay $150 in fines. Cheairs pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of a weapon, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent. He is to pay all court costs and is ordered to participate in Veterans Court program as a condition of probation and must follow all rules of Veteran’s Court program. All weapons, contraband and cash are forfeited to the arresting agency. He will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing and must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student.

Shepherd pled guilty to count two, class B misdemeanor reckless driving and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor speeding, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent with each other and with a specified Wayne County sentence. Shepherd is to pay all court costs and is ordered to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and all weapons and contraband, including cash, are forfeited to the arresting agency.
