Robert Kaneer, 41, Henderson, was arrested and charged with two counts rape without ability to consent, two counts possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, two counts of contributing to dependency and neglect, two counts of sexual battery without ability to consent and two counts of statutory rape. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $200,000 bond.

Jennifer Nicole White¸ 40, previously having been found guilty of simple possession, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia, was found to be in violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and reinstated, and her sentence of 11 months and 29 days is to begin anew.
Christopher Todd Gilbert, 51, previously having been found guilty of theft of property over $10,000 and an original sentence of six years, was found to be in violation of probation. Judicial diversion is revoked and a sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 22, 2024.
Tyler Cox, 23, having previously been found guilty of three counts casual exchange of schedule VI controlled substance, and originally sentenced to three consecutive sentences of 11 months 29 days each, was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked and reinstated, the original sentence to begin anew. The defendant is to remain in custody until he can be released to long-term inpatient treatment. Defendant was placed in Recovery Court.
