Derek Ryan Williams, 35, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor first offense driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of 14 days, day for day, to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $350 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class B misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a period of 14 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count three, class C misdemeanor open container and was ordered to pay $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class C misdemeanor driving on the right, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served, a period of 14 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. Williams pled guilty to count five, class C misdemeanor obedience to any required traffic control device, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 14 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor obedience to any required traffic control device, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 14 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He pled guilty to count seven, class C financial responsibility law, and was ordered to pay $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent. He is not eligible for work release or post-plea expungement and must complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. He must submit to an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow recommendations, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, must complete DUI Safety School and MADD Victim Impact Panel within six months. Driving privileges are revoked for a period of one year, ignition interlock required for a restricted license during revocation period if eligible.
