Phillip Dewayne Thomas, 31, pled guilty to count one, class E felony evading arrest flight – vehicle. He was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs and to complete 48 hours of unpaid community service. He pled guilty to counts two/three/four (merged), class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent offense. He was sentenced to 111 months and 29 days in the Chester County jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections and a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. In a second case, Thomas pled guilty to count one, class E felony evading arrest flight – vehicle, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, a period of 30 days to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs. He pled guilty to counts two/three (merged), class A misdemeanor driving while license revoked – second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections and a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs. Each docket is concurrent within itself and consecutive to each other. Thomas is to serve a total of 60 days (30 days on each docket) day for day, with the balance on Intensive State Probation with no work release and no post-plea expungement. He is to complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, or show proof of disability. Driving privileges are revoked for one year.
