Adrian M. Shorter, 24, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. The sentence is to be served in the local county jail but may be released to complete alcohol and drug rehab. Upon successful completion of inpatient treatment rehab, any remaining sentence is to be served on probation supervised by Community Corrections. He is to have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses. While on probation the defendant must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens and must be a full-time employee or student.

Darryl Alexis Howard, 32, pled guilty to counts one/two/three/four (merged), class E felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent to sell, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 100% to be served prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, one year and six months suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $2,000 in fines. He plead guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, with five months and 29 days suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases.

All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases. Probation supervision is to be intensive. Six months split confinement sentence is to be served day for day. The defendant must pass random drug and alcohol screens and must be a full-time employee or student.

He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, with five months and 29 days suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. Howard pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor vandalism up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 100% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, with five months and 29 days suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified cases. Best interest plea as to count one only, probation supervision is to be intensive, the defendant must pass random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or student.
