Christopher David Howard, 48, in case 24-CR-37, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000 and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial and ordered to pay $200 in restitution. He pled guilty to count two, class D felony burglary other than habit or non public and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 45% service prior to release eligibility with credit for time served pretrial. All counts are concurrent with each other and with other specified Chester County cases. This case is to be served consecutively to a specified Decatur County case. He is to have no contact with victims or witnesses if released.

Stedman Jamelle Ingram, 33, in case 24-CR-18B, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony possession of fentanyl over 15 grams with intent to sell, and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $75,000 in fines. Counts three and four were dismissed. He pled guilty to counts five/six (merged), class B felony possession of cocaine over .5 grams with intent to sell, and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs plus $50,000 in fines. Count seven was dismissed. He pled guilty to count eight, class B misdemeanor driving while license revoked and was sentenced to six months in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay costs plus $500 in fines. All counts are current within this case and consecutive to a separate specified Chester County case.

Charles Channing Champion, 32, in case 24-CR-61, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, over .5 grams, and was sentenced to 11 years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, receiving credit for time served pretrial and ordered to pay all court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts three/four (merged), class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 100% service prior to release eligibility, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial. Champion pled guilty to counts five/six/seven/eight/nine/10/11/12/13/14 (all merged), class B felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. He was sentenced to 11 years in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served. There is to be no work release and no post-plea expungement. All contraband (firearms, cash, etc.,) are forfeited to the arresting agency.

He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent. He is to have no contact of any kind with victim or witnesses, must pass random alcohol and drug screens, must be full-time employee or student and must complete DV-26 class.

He was sentenced to one year in a TDOC facility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $250 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines. Phelps pled guilty to count fivw, class C misdemeanor display of registration plates, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County jail with credit for time served, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. All counts are concurrent with each other. Pursuant to statute the release eligibility for count one is 85%. He is to be supervised by Intensive State Probation, is to have no work release and no post-plea expungement. All contraband (firearms, cash, etc.,) is forfeited to the arresting agency. He is to have no contact of any kind with witnesses or victims and must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens and must maintain full-time employment, be a full-time student or show proof of disability.
