Terrance Anderson, 39, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony sale of methamphetamine over .5 grams. He was sentenced to 15 years in a TDOC facility, at 35% service prior to release eligibility, to serve concurrent with other specified Chester County cases, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines and $275 restitution to the Chester County Sheriff Department Drug Fund. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
