Teresa Wilson, 44, Henderson, was arrested and charged with simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a legend drug. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,000 bond.
Michael Bowman, 22, Henderson, was arrested and charged with public intoxication. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $500 bond.

, 39, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class B felony sale of methamphetamine over .5 grams. He was sentenced to 15 years in a TDOC facility, at 35% service prior to release eligibility, to serve concurrent with other specified Chester County cases, receiving credit for time served pretrial. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines and $275 restitution to the Chester County Sheriff Department Drug Fund. All weapons and contraband (including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.

He was ordered to pay all court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to counts three/four (merged), class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 100% service, concurrent with other specified Chester County cases, and consecutive to counts one/two on this case. Anderson pled guilty to counts five/six/seven/eight/nine (merged) class B felony possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, to serve concurrent to other specified Chester County cases, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count 10, class A misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, concurrent to other specified Chester County cases, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay $250 in fines. He pled guilty to count 11, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, concurrent to other specified Chester County cases, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay $150 in fines. All weapons and contraband ( including cash) are forfeited to the arresting agency.
