Justin Surratt, 32, Enville, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture/deliver/sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule Vi controlled substance, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/sell of a schedule VI controlled substance over 10 pounds, conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/sell schedule II cocaine and possession of a schedule III controlled substance. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

, pled guilty to count one, class C felony aggravated domestic assault, and was sentenced to five years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a period of six months incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. He was ordered to pay court costs. He must also pass random drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or student and must complete a DV-26 class. Both counts are concurrent.
