He is held in the Chester County Jail while awaiting appearance before the judge.
Sonny Hudson, 43 Pinson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and prohibited weapons.

Mico Perez, 42, Jackson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.
Trenton Carpenter, 27, Henderson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Christopher Julian, 48, Pinson, was arrested and charged with theft of property $2,500 to $10,000. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

, 41, pled guilty to count three, class D felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was scheduled to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, concurrent with specified cases and consecutive to other specified cases, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $2.946.73 in restitution. He must seek an alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations and must submit to random monthly alcohol and drug screens, remaining alcohol and drug free. He must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student, and is to have no contact with the victim.
Charles Ray Clark, 50, pled guilty to counts eight/seven (merged), class A misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs. He pled guilty to count nine, class C misdemeanor violation of the seatbelt law, and was ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines, with credit for time served. He pled guilty to count ten, class C misdemeanor violation of the vehicle financial responsibility law, and was ordered to pay costs plus $25 in fines, with credit for time served. He pled guilty to count 11, class C misdemeanor failure or refusal to display certificate of registration, and was ordered to pay costs plus $10 in fines. Counts seven – 11 are concurrent.
Edwin Ansel Burnett, 41, pled guilty to counts two/one (merged), class A misdemeanor third offense driving under the influence, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a period of 120 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay costs plus $1,100 in fines and to complete 48 hours of community service. He pled guilty to counts four/three (merged), class A misdemeanor driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license, second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served, a period of 120 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay costs. He is to serve 120 days, day for day, with the balance on probation supervised by Community Corrections. He must submit to an alcohol and drug evaluation and successfully follow recommendations, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full-time employment or be a full-time student and must complete DUI safety school and MADD Victim Impact Panel. His driving privileges are revoked for six years (requiring ignition interlock). All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to specified Chester County General Sessions cases.
Mitchell Bryant Hatch, 32, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged), class E felony possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility, to serve at 85% service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay costs. He is to forfeit his firearm and to have no contact with any witnesses.
Steadman Jemil Ingram, 31, was found guilty by Jury Verdict of count one, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in a TDOC facility, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised. He was found guilty by jury of count two, class E felony vandalism from $1,000 to $2,500, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 30 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $1,200 in restitution, to have no contact of any kind with victim or witness, must complete an alcohol and drug evaluation And successfully complete all recommendations, must complete DV-26 class, must be a full-time employee or student, and must pass random drug and alcohol screens.
