He was ordered to pay court costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class C felony aggravated assault, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 100 days incarceration to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count three, class A misdemeanor domestic assault, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 100 days to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75% service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. He pled guilty to count four, class E felony reckless endangerment – deadly weapon involved, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30% service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, a period of 100 days to be served prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. All counts are concurrent. Jail sentence is to be served day-for-day. He must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must be a full-time employee or a full-time student, must successfully complete DV-26 classes, must successfully complete alcohol and drug assessment and follow all recommendations, and must forfeit his weapon to law enforcement.
