, 31, pled guilty to counts one/two/three (merged), a class A misdemeanor, driving while license revoked – second or subsequent offense, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. He is to serve 180 days, day for day, in the local county jail, and be supervised by Community Corrections upon release. He must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, must obtain alcohol and drug assessment and successfully complete recommendations of assessment. Defendant’s driving privileges are revoked for additional year or like. Hurst pled guilty to count four, illegal window tint, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial and ordered to pay costs plus a $10 fine. Hurst pled guilty to count six class A misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentence to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, 180 days service prior to release on probation, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines. Hurst pled guilty to count seven/eight (merged), class B felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, and was sentenced to 10 years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a specified Chester County General Sessions case.

Cheryl Ann Spencer, 42, pled guilty to class A misdemeanor failure to appear, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, to serve consecutive to a specified Chester County Circuit Case and Henderson County Circuit Court case, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines.
Bradley Edward Terry, 33, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class E felony possession of schedule VI controlled substance with intent to sell, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. Terry pled guilty to counts three/four/five (merged), class B felony possession of schedule II controlled substance Cocaine, with intent to sell, and sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. He pled guilty to count six, class C misdemeanor illegal window tint, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine. Terry pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor failure of driver to exercise due care, and was sentenced to 30 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $10 in fines. All counts are concurrent.
Bradley Edward Terry, 33, pled guilty to count one class V misdemeanor illegal window tint and count two, class C misdemeanor, failure to wear seat belt, and was ordered to pay a $10 fine for count one and a $35 fine for count two. Terry pled guilty to counts three/four/five (merged), class B felony possession of schedule II controlled substance Cocaine with intent to sell, and sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. All counts are concurrent with each other and consecutive to a separate specified Chester County Circuit Court case. Total effective sentence is 16 years to serve in a TDOC facility.
