David Shawn Eads, 42, 330 Talley Store Road, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was held on a $10,000 bond.
Summer Nicole Vowell, 27, 157 W Third St., was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.
William Bradley Wells, 28, 150 Ebb Goff Lane, was arrested and charged with criminal littering.
