August 5, 2019

Christopher Dontrelle Armstrong, 37, 531 Mifflin Ave., was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charged with domestic assault. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

August 8, 2019

Clara Parks, 45, 518 Rex Road, was arrested and charged with manufacture, delivery or sell of a controlled substance. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

August 12, 2019

Tyler Colby Stablein¸ 22, 462 Mifflin Ave., was arrested and charged with public intoxication and vandalism. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,500 bond.

Brittany Leann Cannon, 21, Whiteville, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. She is held in the Chester County jail without bond.

A Chester County resident reported a theft at an Old Montezuma property. Missing items included a porch awning valued at $190, double window awning valued at $378, two single window awnings valued at $344, two screen doors valued at $250 and 11 window screens valued at $990.

Jerry Lynn Banks, 61, 305 Hickory Corner Road, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, habitual driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and driving after declared a habitual motor vehicle offender. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

Billy Denham, Jr., 44, Jacks Creek, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Felony. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Rebecca Jane Williams, 46, 1275 Hurst Road, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

A Hughes Road resident reported an attempted break-in. According to the report, the resident was sitting in the dark home watching television when someone attempted to open the door.

Amber Nicole Ables, 26, Jacks Creek, was arrested on a contempt of court warrant. She is held in the Chester County Jail with no bond.

Justin Wayne Hays, 27, 325 Cones Road, was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.

Crystal Danielle Johnson, 38, 463 White Ave., was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $226.58 cash bond.

Jamie Selene Brown, 39, 320 Mitchell Lane, was arrested and charged with theft under $1,000. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Ronald Bryan Divilbiss, Jr., 40, Jackson, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license – third offense, driving under the influence – third offense, domestic assault and violation of the implied consent law. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

Keith Blair Garner, 57, Finger, was arrested and charged with violation of parole – felony. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Justin David Lancaster, 38, Nashville, was arrested and charged with driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Michael Andrew Mosier, 37, 451 Galbraith Ave., was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $500 bond.

A Chester County resident reported several items have been stolen from disabled vehicles and outbuildings on Roby Road. According to the report, a white Ford Expedition was seen driving slowly in the area, and allegedly retrieving two men walking from woods in the direction of the most recent theft, several Chevrolet truck parts, including a starter, alternator and other items valuing approximately $200.

A Real Estate Agent reported damage to the key box (making it inoperable) of a home for sale in Chester County. Damage was estimated at $125.

August 11, 2019

Dirk Austin Gregory, 39, Jackson, was arrested and charged with two counts contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Troy Dillon Purvis, 18, Medon, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault – felony. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.

Aubrey Martin Vandiver, 31, Hornsby, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $750 cash bond.

August 12, 2019

Brian Keith Burgess, 40, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.

Bobby Lyndell Harris, 61, 2920 Simmons Road, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $500 cash bond.

July 30, 2019

Nicholas Barrett, 28, Finger, was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked and reinstated, sentence to begin anew. He is ordered to complete a recovery court assessment.

Stephanie Heaton, 32, 60 Inca Road, was found to be in violation of probation. Her probation was revoked and reinstated, sentence to begin anew.

Milton Phinnessee, 35, 321 Fourth St., was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was revoked and he was ordered to serve the original sentence imposed, receiving credit for time served by incarceration and/or Community Corrections, to serve 18 months in the Chester County Jail.

August 9, 2019

Benjamin Scott Kilzer, 29, 1365 Parker Loop Road, was found to be in violation of probation. His probation was partially revoked, to serve 30 days in the Chester County Jail, probation was revoked and reinstated, sentence to begin anew.

Sherry Lynn Carnett, 48, Pinson, was found to be in violation of probation. Her probation was revoked, sentence to begin anew, to serve 11 months and 29 days, with possibility of being released to a long-term inpatient treatment, to successfully complete.
