1:50 a.m. – 755 Holmes Dr., oven fire, minimal damage.
1:55 p.m. – 1500 block of US Hwy 45 N, motor vehicle accident with entrapment. One patient transported by EMS.
4:47 p.m. – 175 Old Montezuma Road, lawnmower fire.

Amanda Kaye Parrott, 29, Adamsville, was arrested and charged with fourth offense driving on a canceled/revoked or suspended license and evading arrest. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

Jeffrey Adam Dodd, 29, Huron, was arrested and charged with third offense driving under the influence. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.

Xavier Cortez Harris, 28, pled guilty to count one, class D aggravated statutory rape, and was sentenced to serve four years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines. He pled guilty to count two, class E felony sexual battery, and sentenced to serve two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility, and ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines. Harris is to have no contact of any kind with, and must stay away from, victim and witnesses, and must register as a sex offender and comply with all sex offender registry laws. Both counts are to be served consecutively.

Misty Elizabeth Brunell, 24, pled guilty to count one, class D felony introducing contraband/drugs into a penal facility. She was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status and rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She pled guilty to counts two/three/four/five (merged) class D felony introducing contraband/drugs into a penal facility and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. Brunell pled guilty to count six, class C felony tampering with evidence, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She pled guilty to counts seven/eight (merged), class B felony possession with methamphetamine with intent to sell, and sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. She pled guilty to count nine, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, and sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, receiving credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections. She was ordered to pay costs plus $250 in fines. Brunell was ordered to pay court costs and to complete 50 hours of unpaid community service, and is to follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, and successfully complete an alcohol and drug evaluation and follow recommendations. All counts are concurrent
