Peggy Martin, 45, Bethel Springs, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Teonia Nicole Lancaster, 22, 413 Harmon St., was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $2,000 bond.

Prentice Lee Sims, 38, 443 Mifflin Ave., was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections – Misdemeanor. He is held in the Chester County Jail with time to serve following an appearance in Chester County General Sessions Court.

Robert Lamond Greer, 25, of Jackson, was arrested and charged with violation of probation (circuit). He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Adam Robert Stone, 23, 235 Geneva Lane, was arrested and charged with possession of a schedule III controlled substance. He appeared in Chester County General Sessions and will be released from the Chester County Jail on probation, to another county corrections with a hold.
A Montezuma Road resident reported the possible theft of their German Shepherd dog. According to the report, the dog had been seen on its “runner” Friday evening, Oct. 11, and was missing Saturday morning Oct. 12. The dog was described as mainly black with tan legs, and tan around its eyes, weighing approximately 80 pounds.

Terell Lashawn Griggs, 35, 705 Old Finger Road, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class B Felony Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell, and was sentenced to 12 years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, to serve, consecutive to a separate Chester County Circuit case. He was ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. Griggs was also found guilty of counts three/four (merged) class E Felony Possession of Schedule VI controlled substance with Intent to Sell, and sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, to serve consecutive to a separate Chester County Circuit case. He was also ordered to pay court costs plus $2,000 in fines. Griggs pled guilty to count five, class A Misdemeanor Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities, and sentenced to 11 months and 20 days in the Chester County Jail, to serve, consecutive to a separate Chester County Circuit case, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $150 in fines.
Terell Lashawn Griggs, 35, 705 Old Finger Road, pled guilty to class E Felony Violation of Sexual Offender Registration, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 35 percent prior to release eligibility, to serve, consecutive to two separate Chester County Circuit cases, and ordered to pay court costs plus $500 in fines.
