Lee Allan Birl, 49, Jackson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $1,000 bond.

Eden Lashae Sowins, 28, 1685 Old Montezuma Rd., was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She was released from the Chester County Jail on her own recognizance.
A Chester County resident reported having been the target of a scam. According to the report, someone with the name of Richard James messaged the victim, who was looking at job postings on Google Hangout, and requested a copy of the victim’s driver license.

Adam Benten Farris, 25, 100 Whitman Road, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
Michael B. Miller, 41, 59 Barclay Loop, was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
John Marico Palmer, 45, Bolivar, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He is released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $750 cash bond.
James Byron Sill, 59, 1185 Mayfield Road, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $1,040 cash bond.
