A Chester County resident reported an undelivered package. According to the report, a package had been shipped via FedEx but was never delivered. The complainant stated FedEx advised the package had been delivered to the address, however no delivery was found on home security footage.

All evidence in this case is declared contraband and is forfeited to the Chester County Sheriff’s Department. All counts are concurrent. He pled guilty to counts three/four (merged), class C felony possession of schedule II controlled substances with intent to sell, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. Burton pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and was ordered to pay costs plus $150 in fines.

Henley pled guilty to count four, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule V controlled substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, concurrent with count one, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $750 in fines. He pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, concurrent with counts one and four, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay costs plus $250 in fines. He pled guilty to count six, class B misdemeanor driving while license suspended, and was sentenced to six months in the Chester County Jail, concurrent with counts one, four and five, receiving credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. Driving privileges are suspended for an additional year or like period. He pled guilty to count seven, class C misdemeanor violation of the vehicle financial responsibility act and was ordered to pay costs plus $100 in fines.
Johnathon Andrew Kelley, 27, Reagan, pled guilty to count one, class D felony burglary – other than habitation, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $100 in fines and to have no contact with victims or witnesses in this case. He pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor theft up to $1,000, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay $100 in fines. All counts are concurrent.

She pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor domestic assault and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, consecutive to count one, with credit for time served, and a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $50 in fines. She is to have no contact of any kind with and must stay away from witnesses and victim.

She must follow all rules of probation, have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens and maintain full time employment or be a full-time student. All counts are concurrent.
Timothy Barham, 51, 593B Woodland Dr., was found guilty of count one, class D felony, burglary – other than habitation, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay court costs plus $5,000 in joint restitution. He pled guilty to count two, class D felony theft of property $2,500-$10,000, and was sentenced to four years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, suspended and supervised and ordered to pay costs plus $5,000 in joint restitution. He is to follow all rules of probation, to have no contact with victims or witnesses, must submit to random drug and alcohol screens, maintain full time employment or be a full-time student or maintain social security disability status. All counts are concurrent.
Daniel Blake Harville, 26, Savannah, pled guilty to count one, class D felony burglary – other than habitation, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to pay court costs plus $5,000 in joint restitution. She was found guilty of count two, class D felony theft of property $2,500 to $10,000, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, all suspended and supervised, and ordered to pay costs plus $5,000 in joint restitution. All counts are concurrent.
