Latoya Dernice Barham, 36, pled guilty to counts one/two (merged) class B felony methamphetamine possession with intent, and was sentenced to eight years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, with credit served pretrial, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. She is to have no future contact with victims except through court order. Counts one/two, three/four and five are to be served concurrently. Barham pled guilty to counts three/four (merged), class E felony possession of schedule VI drugs with intent, and was sentenced to two years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served, and ordered to pay $2,000 in fines. She pled guilty to count five, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, with credit for time served pretrial, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, and ordered to pay $150 in fines. She pled guilty to counts six/seven/eight/nine (merged) class D felony possession of a firearm with intent to go armed during commission of a dangerous felony, and was sentenced to three years in a TDOC facility, to serve, with credit for time served pretrial. Counts six/seven/eight/nine (merged) are to be served consecutively to counts one/two, three/four and five.
Latoya Dernice Barham, 36, in a separate case, pled guilty to four counts, class C felony aggravated child abuse/neglect/endangerment, and was sentenced to six years, for each of the four counts, in a TDOC facility, at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, receiving credit for time served pretrial, and ordered to have no contact with the victim except through court order. All counts are concurrent to specific counts on a separate specified circuit case.

Damion Breshawn Howard, 26, pled guilty to count 1, class C felony aggravated burglary, and was sentenced to six years in a TDOC facility at 30 percent service prior to release eligibility, with credit for time served pretrial, to be incarcerated for 11 months and 29 days prior to release on probation or Community Corrections, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $100 in fines. He is to have no contact with victim or witnesses in this case, must submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, must obtain an alcohol and drug assessment and successfully complete recommendations. Jail time may be suspended upon placement in long-term (one year or greater) inpatient drug treatment program.
Dunetello Woods, 25, pled guilty to count one, class A misdemeanor simple possession of marijuana, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, all suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $250 in fines. He is to submit to random monthly drug and alcohol screens, must maintain full time employment or be a full-time student, must obtain an alcohol and drug assessment and successfully complete recommendations of assessment. Woods pled guilty to count two, class A misdemeanor possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia uses and activities, and was sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the Chester County Jail, a minimum of 75 percent service prior to eligibility for work release, furlough, trusty status or rehabilitative programs, suspended and supervised by Community Corrections, and ordered to pay $150 in fines.
