, 42, 6670 Old Jacks Creek Road, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and vandalism. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

, 31, White Ave., was arrested and charged with domestic assault. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $6,000 bond.

, 36, Beech Bluff, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and manufacture/deliver/sell of methamphetamine. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $10,000 bond.

Candice Dena Barham
, 29, 597 Sanford St., was arrested and charged with two counts theft of $2,500 to $10,000. She was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.

Lukas Dakota Austin
, 29, Bethel Springs, was arrested and charged with failure to appear. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
Robert S. Brown, 33, Savannah, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
Jusino Diaz Prather, 46, Americana Inn, Sanford St., was arrested and charged with manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of schedule II controlled substances, manufacture/deliver/sell/possession of methamphetamine, possession of legend drugs without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession/casual exchange and violation of Community Corrections. He is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond for the first five charges, and no bond set for the last.
Nicholas Gage Thomas, 21, Lexington, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. He was released from the Chester County Jail on his own recognizance.
A Chester County resident reported receiving a scam call, in which the caller stated her social security number was being used in Texas, possibly at a bank, and asked for verification of personal information.
A license plate was reportedly taken from an immobilized vehicle.
A Chester County resident reported a possibly burglary to a camper on Plainview Road. Nothing was known to be missing at the time of the report.

Samantha Nicole Duncan
, 25, 764 Christie Loop, was arrested and charged with contempt of court. She is held in the Chester County Jail in lieu of a $500 cash only bond.
Daniel Zachary Edgin, 34, Scotts Hill, was arrested and charged with violation of Community Corrections. He is held in the Chester County Jail without bond.
Tony Willis, 58, Enville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault/felony. He was released from the Chester County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond.
December 17, 2020
A Chester County resident reportedly received a call from someone claiming to be Chief Overton with the Madison County Sheriff’s Department. The caller then reportedly informed the complainant that he had missed a court date and would need to send money for bond. He was instructed to purchase two MoneyPak cards from the Dollar Store on Royal Street in Jackson, for $500 each, and then give the caller the numbers on the back of the card, as well as his debit card number, allegedly to return the bond money upon appearance in court. The complainant contacted the Madison County Sheriff’s Department, who advised it was a scam, and that he should file a report with Chester County.

Deputies responded to a report of property damage on Hughes Road. According to the report, a witness stated at approximately 4:30 p.m. a truck was seen leaving the roadway, strike a “no trespassing” sign, return to the roadway and drive away. The truck was described as a late 1990’s model black Chevrolet Silverado with a red LED strip below the tailgate.
